Supporting Hands Nurse-Family Partnership (SHNFP) is seeking one full-time Public Health Nurse in the Lincoln/Lyon/Yellow Medicine Counties area to be a Nurse Home Visitor, who is compassionate, organized, flexible, and self-directed; with strong advocacy and teaching skills. Requires valid Minnesota RN license with 4-year degree. PHN certification preferred. Valid MN driver’s license required. Strongly desirable qualifications include previous experience in home visiting, working with families with young children, and working with diverse populations.  Requires a flexible schedule and travel. Beginning salary ranges from $59,342 to $61,422 annually, based upon experience.
