SHNFP- Nurse Home Visitor Job Application
Supporting Hands Nurse-Family Partnership (SHNFP) is seeking two full-time Public Health Nurses in the Lincoln, Lyon, and Yellow Medicine and Sibley & McLeod county areas to be Nurse Home Visitors. Applicants who are compassionate, organized, flexible, and self-directed; with strong advocacy and teaching skills are encouraged. Responsibilities will include providing home visiting services to eligible first-time mothers and their families. Requires valid Minnesota RN license with 4-year degree. PHN certification preferred. Valid MN driver’s license required. Strongly desirable qualifications include previous experience in home visiting, working with families with young children, and working with diverse populations. Requires a flexible schedule and travel. Beginning salary ranges from $61,422 to $63,502 annually, based upon experience. Benefits include paid single health coverage, monthly cash contribution for pre-tax benefit, PERA pension, PTO, paid holidays, LTD and Life Insurance.
